net: drop pinning for tor2web and Lavabit.

Commit Message

tor2web are going to have to update their certificates quite soon
because of the SHA-1 deprecation. However, it takes quite a while for
pinning changes to take effect and they haven't manged to get back to me
with updated pins. Since M41 is branching Real Soon Now, this change
removes their pins otherwise we're very likely to break their site.

The Lavabit site is now defunct and so is removed in this change.
